Default Salsa Chicken Pizza

Made this last night, and it was FABULOUS!!!

Made a homemade pizza crust mix, Betty Crocker actually...put a little 2% milk Kraft cheddar cheese on top of the crust, covered it with some medium-hot salsa, added some freshly grilled chicken on top of the salsa and then added a little more of the cheese. You can also add other things, like peppers and onions, etc.

I usually bake the crust by itself first at 450 for five or so minutes, then top it and bake at 450 'til the crust is done and the cheese is melted (about 10 minutes)

Without the chicken, I think it came out to about 122 calories per slice. I estimated and added the chicken separately. SO good...

Nice... I've been wanting to make up a few pizza crusts to freeze, but I keep procrastinating... I think this will give me some added motivation.
