Wheat bread, fat-free mozzerella, tomato sauce, green peppers and mushrooms.
Spread the sauce on the bread as you would mustard or any other condiment, add the cheese and veggies to your desire, and put it in the toaster oven until the cheese is warm and melty! You can also add garlic or oregano or whatnot.
Just something I made up, being hungry, dieting and broke. :]
I have something very similar for breakfast in the mornings, but I use a high fiber english muffin, 2% cheese, and a slice or two of canadian bacon. I don't like most breakfast-y things, so its perfect for me.
I like using whole wheat pita bread, splitting them in 1/2 to form two circles, which is my "crust", spreading on the sauce, low fat mozzerella cheese and veggies. Yumm.
