What is your favorite thing to make on your GF grill? I love chicken breasts, but I need some new ideas. Thanks!

I grill some eggplant slices (salt and garlic) using cooking spray. When pretty much done I sandwich a bit of cheese between two slices and continue grilling till melty. Eat with knife and fork.
