So I found these "cookies" at Whole Foods - they came in a package of 4 individual pouches, at 130 cals a pouch. They're supposed to be good for you (or at least not BAD for you) and I found them to be SO tasty-sweet but not too sweet, taste a bit buttery (they do contain some butter) and healthy canola oil and lots of fiber and even flax. YUM! (and they're sort of crunchy, so you can make them last longer)
Also, I LOVE the built in portion control.
These are the ingredients of the cranberry ones I got:
Ingredients: Grain blend, (whole wheat flour, whole oat flour, oat, oat bran, amaranth flour, quinoa, ground flaxseed, whole rye flour, brown rice flour, barley flour, whole millet flour, whole buckwheat flour), sugar, cranberries, butter (milk), canola oil, chicory fiber (inulin), salt, leavening (ammonium carbonate), vanilla extract, natural flavor.
