I know I wrote how I'm having problems with planning a good day and I still am.
I thought if I tried to explan what I am eating someone could help me. I have so much weight to lose and I don't think I can do it. I hope someone can tell me where I'm going wrong. Ok I today started off with no fat muffin(4pt.),1/2c. cottage cheese(2pt.)fruit(1pt.)and a snack at midmorning pretzels(2pt.).Then lunch a ww meal(5pt), fruit(1pt),and salad(0pt)and then a snack crackers and cheese(5pts). Which that gives me 19 points, now I get in trouble dinner and a snack, I could have 9 points to 16 points. For the 28-35 points I'm aloud to have. I don't know maybe I'm doing it all wrong.
The question is do I have 9 to 16 points left or am I doing it wrong? Maybe someone would show me how to plan my day. I'm about ready to give up. I have been doing this for a couple of months and I still can't get it right.
