I've had seitan (pronounced like Satan) before in restaurants, but never at home. Tonight I took the leap and made a stir fry with lots of veggies and a package of West Soy seitan. OMG! So yummy, plus 18g of protein, 1g of fat and only 90 calories per serving of the stuff.
Does anyone have some seitan recipes they'd like to share? I'd love to figure out different way to cook it.
BTW, if anyone is unfamiliar with seitan, it's made from wheat and is sometimes referred to as "wheat meat."
