Smoothie Recipe

This is delicious...I have one once a day or every other day.

Put all in blender and blend until smooth:
8 ounces of FF Milk
1/4 cup of FF vanilla yogurt
1 cup of frozen strawberries
add splenda if needed.
once in a while I'll add a little squirt of chocolate sauce (the kind you use on ice cream) to give it a little chocolate flavor.

Use the same recipe for blueberry smoothies, peach, mango, etc etc.
