I need a rice pilaf recipe for my DH....

I need a really good recipe for rice pilaf for my DH. He wants me to make one that he eats at Logan's Steakhouse. It's got a yellowish/orange-ish color and soft. So if anyone has any good recipes, can you please post them or PM them to me? Thank you in advance
