...here is a nice dessert for 6. I got the idea from a WW cookbook, I still use those all the time to maintain cos they have lots of good ideas. It's more of a tecnique (sp?) than a recipe as you can vary it lots of ways.
Take a 200g sheet of ready-rolled puff pastry and roll it a bit thinner. Cut into six, and score a little border round the edge of each piece. In the middle, lay some pieces of whatever fruit you like, either fresh or canned in it's own juice. Sprinkle with a tsp of caster sugar mixed with cinnamon or the spice of your choice, then lay on a baking sheet which you have sprayed with fry light. Bake for about 20mins at 200 degrees (keep an eye on them tho, my oven is weird). Serve with a little low fat vanilla yoghurt spooned on. Yum yum!
