Since you said you do have a Whole Foods, I prefer their 365 brand soy milk in the plain flavor over any. It is cheaper and I think much more yummy than Silk and other brands. But, I do like silk. My least favorite is the Giant Eagle brand. It tastes old to me.

And for my own knowledge- Lactaid isn't vegan, right? I think I remember checking it before, but I'm not sure.

I love 365 brand soy milk, cheap and very good. My new favorite is also 365 brand unsweetened rice milk.

DaraMarie - lactaid is a form of milk so it is dairy.

Sorry for the late response! I haven't been online in a while.

It varies from one Sam's Club to another. I've seen it from all one flavory yo to a variety pack of plain, vanilla and chocolate. Hopefully you'll find what you want.
