We got some really good peaches from a local orchard. So....cut one peach in half, spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with chili powder. Place on grill, cut side down and grill until it is warm and has grill marks. Put it on your plate, put a bit of greek style yogurt in the depression left by the pit and squeeze a little lime juice over all. You get a "Chili - Lime Peach". This fits right in with all the chili/lime stuff that seems to be popular right now! Besides it tastes really good.
I served the peach with pork tenderloin and baby green beans.
