lean ground beef

I can't help you figure it, but if you are on WW, then they count 1 lb. of lean ground beef as 22 points after it is cooked and drained. So for 12 oz. it would be 16.5 points. I hope that helps. :spin: :spin:

ground beef points

this is what i do...
Take 75% of the raw ounces.. that will be your cooked weight.
ie... 12 oz will become 9 cooked.
muliply that number by 2..

18 points for 12 oz of raw ground beef.
