Atkins baking mix... Soy flour product. Anyway, I tried baking with it and got a bunch of cookies that tasted like tofu: Dont buy this junk. Its nothing like flour... Im glad I didnt try to make the pancake recipe...

SO, WHAT'S EXCITING ABOUT YOUR PLACE?
Just stopped to say Hi, new to the thread. Are you all on Weight Watchers? Do you all work?? I had a blueberry yogurt cereal bar and coffee with cream for breakfast, mashed carrots, broccoli and a chicken patty and a mixed salad (cucumber, celery, tomato, radishes, topped with salt, lime juice and olive oil spray). Everything was good. Trying to drink some water... haven't had any so far . Well... I'm gonna go do some workout , haven't done any yet. I am overjoyed I found this place, it's a great support... Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself to the thread... See ya'll later!!!
