I love chicken salad! I would usually make it with lite mayo- but even that is too fattening IMO. I add grapes, chopped walnuts, fresh spinach and celery finished with some fresh ground pepper.

Could I sub plain Greek yogurt for mayo? Any other recommended swaps? Recipes? Thanks

I use a combination of Best Foods Light Mayo and yougurt. Just mix them together until you get the consistency you like. I have become acustomed to using less dressing which helps with the calories, too. I make the salad pretty much the same way you do, but sometimes, I add curry powder to the dressing.

I use a combination of FF plain GG yogurt and FF cream cream for my chicken salad. The FF cream cheese gives the yogurt a little more substance.
