They were on sale and just couldn't justify NOT buying them! I am dieting, right? I was thinking about doing this today, so help would be greatly appreciated.
This is my question: If I soak and cook them, will freezing cause the texture to change? Hubby thinks so, but I don't.
If freezing is ok, for how long? I tend to forget what I have in there!
I would also like to have the nutritional info on various types of beans. Could someone direct me?
