I was going to post this in the "recipe" section, but it's kind of slow over there and I figured my post would get more attention here. And anyway, it's food talk, right?
So I found a recipe some time back for Chappati bread (rotis) and went to the store to find Chappati flour to make them. But they only had 5 pound bags. So now I'm stuck with nearly 5 pounds of Chappati flour and haven't a clue as to what to do with it (besides the Chappati bread, of course, but I want to know if there are other uses for this flour).
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd greatly appreciate it.
