So I wouldn't deprive myself from the foods we love in life, I made myself for dinner my own personal pizza which was between 180-190 calories!
1 La Tortilla, low-fat low-carb, Garlic Herb flavour. (medium, 50 cal each)
1 wedge Laughing-Cow cheese ( light Garlic or light Swiss)
1/8 cup Low-fat Tomato sauce, or pizza sauce
1 sliced tofu hotdog.
1/2 medium tomato, sliced
1 handful of spinach, chopped
4 olives, sliced.
oregano, thyme, pepper
Oven 400F degrees,
I suggest baking the tortilla just for a minute to get it slightly crisp. Remove from over, spread on cheese, leaving some room on the edge to have "crust," and top with sauce and the rest of the ingredients.
Bake for a few minutes until the "crust" is browned. Remove, cut into 4 slices and enjoy!
If you don't bake the tortilla slightly before, then you'll end up with a pizza with crispy edges and a soft tortilla middle. So bake, top, bake!
