Has anyone used this stuff before?! What I'm curious...is it safe to use for shakes, etc, in a low carb lifestyle? I'm pretty new to the whole diet thing, so any input would be appreciated.
I use whey protein powder every day. I personally buy the EAS brand (I can get it at Sam's Club). I'm working hard to really push my protein intake since I'm lifting weights hard to build muscle ... so I usually eat 2 or sometimes 3 scoops a day. I usually have it with my morning yogurt and fruit, again in a shake or smoothie after working out, and sometimes a 1/2 or a full scoop in my dessert late in the evening.
