Delicious mid-afternoon snack!!
I just made the best mid-afternoon snack. I actually ate it for lunch today, but I can't believe how full I still am!
I used one slice of nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat bread, 3 slices of over-roasted turkey breast, two tomato slices and about a tablespoon of low-free mayo, and S&P! It's the perfect size at half a sandwich.
The sandwich looks so small but it's delicious and filling. The tomato and mayo help distract me from the fact that there's no cheese in my sandwich and I ate it about an hour ago and still feel like I just finished it.
Plus, all that fiber and protein will help keep me awake at my desk today! With the special bread and no-points veggies the sandwich comes to just two WW points! I'm in love!!
