More on Misto
I am really enjoying my Misto oil sprayer. The olive oil flavored PAM spray just didn't have the same nice flavor that the real thing has. I am using the sprayer the same way I used PAM.
One especially good thing: Tear up lettuce and what ever else you want, put it in a bowl, spray it, toss and spray again. This way, you get a thin film of oil on most of the leaves and you can taste it throughout the salad. After you spray with oil, drizzle on some balsamic vinegar and grind some pepper over all. I am going to get a regular sprayer or another Misto for the vinegar, but haven't done it yet. Drizzling is fine, but it seems to me that a spraye would be really convenient. This simple dressing really tastes like the real thing without all the calories. It has a nice mouth feel.
