Hey everyone! I'm new here so I don't know if someone has let you in on this little secret before... but here goes-

If you text (which i do, shamelessly all hours of the day) you can text DIET1 and it will send you a nutritional analysis of fast foods: for example...

I text "taco bell soft taco" to DIET1 )3438-1 and instantly received this free text:

Taco Bell Soft Taco-Beef
Cal: 200
Fat: 9g
Carb: 21g
Prtn: 10g
Fbr: 3g
Sgr: 2g

Isn't that cool? I also tried the Grilled Stuft Burrito, which was my favorite before embarking on my weight loss journey:
Taco Bell Grilled Stuft Burrito Beef
Cal: 680- OMG!
Fat: 30g
Carb: 76g
Prtn: 27g
Fbr: 9g
Sgr: 6g

WOWSERS!! And to think... with a large soda and nachos/cheese.... ridiculous amounts of calories shoveled into my body!
