I love to cook but am horrible about meal planning. A friend recommended the 6 O'clock scramble and it has been wonderful for us! You get a weekly email with 5 recipes - if you don't like them you can swap them out. They are all low-fat, balanced and very tasty. We are pretty much veg at home (eat some poultry and fish) and we haven't had any problems finding things that work for us. And, it prints out a shopping list, so we've basically been doing 1 shopping trip a week - which has led to less impulse/junk purchases and it's saved us money! You have to pay - I think it is $28 for six months - but we've found it to be worth every penny.
