Low calorie beverages?

  • I wonder if anyone knows of good ones. I can't have artificial sweeteners (they trigger migraines for me). Just something I can have occasionally as a treat that won't wreck my diet.
  • I like to just take a bottle of water and add some pure (not from concentrate) fruit juice, especially cranberry. The flavor of the juice is so strong that it doesn't take much to flavor the water at all. I use a 1.5 liter water bottle filled will water and add maybe 1/3 cup of pure cranberry juice to it. I'm thinking of trying this with carbonated water, too.
  • I use stevia which is an all natural sweetener. I add it to my iced tea and also to water and kool-aid powder. Kool-aid actually comes unsweetened. It is a wonderful change from basic H20.
