Default Crude Corn Bran

Where can I find it? 1 C has 65 carbs but a whopping 60 in fiber.

I don't think bran cereals have that much.

Maybe at your local health food store or co-op? I've never seen it, but then I've never been looking for it either.

Thanks. Then again, what do I do with it?

I don't know what you'd do with it. The only references I could find pertained to pet food or livestock feed.

I found a source for 'corn bran' that has similar nutrition data at http://store.honeyvillegrain.com/ind...ROD&ProdID=541 with 17 grams fiber per 23 grams carbs.

I'm not sure of the nutritional value of this cereal but it's one of my all time favorites.

Try going to the quaker oats . com online store for hard to find products and looking at their crunchy corn bran. I tried to link it but don't have enough posts.
