Default Vinegar Peppers - what to do with them

I found these vinegar peppers that are pretty low in sodium only 30mg pepper and only 10 calories per pepper. They don't have that much nutritional value except 1g of fiber. Also, 0g of fat.

SOOOO...what can I do with them that would be interesting?
I keep thinking that maybe pureed somehow for some kind of dressing or sauce.

Maybe some variation of pork chops and vinegar peppers using chicken or something else that is leaner.

Any ideas because for that few calories it will add a lot of flavor that's for sure?

Thanks!!

Are you talking about Hungarian pickled red peppers? I sliced those one time and stir fried with fresh green beans. That was really good!

I was talking about some Mediterranean pepper. They are like the Italian ones but I think these were much lower in sodium.
