Default We had the BEST dinner!

This dinner was Monday night.

We had 2 chicken thighs that boobalah skinned & deboned. He seasoned them with Emeril's Essence. You can get it from the food network web site. Then he sauteed them over high heat.

We'd gotten some Red Russian kale at the farmer's market. We'd gotten some pea shoots from the Asian market.

I sauteed the pea shoots and boiled the kale. The Russian kale is more tender than the curly kale. I think I will be able to lightly steam or saute this type of kale from now on.

The pea shoots were on one side of the plate. The kale was on the other. The chicken was sliced and placed between the rows.

The combination of textures and tastes between the rows was so awesome.

Sounds good! I love it when food looks pretty. Somehow makes it taste even better.

I am curious about your Emeril's Essence. Is it salty? I got something like that from the grocery and it was too salty. I am not trying to control salt in my diet, I just never got used to very much salt.
