If you are really interested in edamame as a substitute for a crunchy, nutty snack, buy the Seapoint Farms dry roasted edamame at SnackAisle.com. You need to watch the sodium, but most people are adding the salt when they eat these anyway. These are great because it doesn't have to be refrigerated, and it really is crunchy!
