It is going to depend so much on preparation method that you are only going to be able to get an estimate. I'd look for that variety of soup, homemade, on FitDay or another online calorie lookup site. It won't be perfect, but it will give you an average to work with.
Stay away from creamy soups. I also like to look for soups with beans (like minestrone or lentil) for the extra fiber and fullness they provide.
