Grilled Veggies

I'm sure this has come up before....but since it is sooooo good, here goes again.

Slice onions, pepper, zuchinni and/or whatever else you like. Spray all with Pam, press a couple of garlic cloves over vegs, season to taste and grill on your barbeque. Veggies cooked this way are just so darned good! And - no calories in grill marks:cool:.

We do that on our grill pan in the kitchen during the yucky weather or spare the air days.

Haven't tried the garlic cloves. Do they cook enough (like roasted)? I love roasted garlic. If done properly, it is so sweet!

I've always thrown garlic cloves in with my veggies when I roast or grill them outside. They cook through and become delicious.

I love grilled veggies! The idea makes me long for the return of summer (that, and all the veggies that come along with summer.)

A little balsamic vinegar is a nice addition to grilled veggies. Or, if you're clever, you could make a version of the balsamic reduction that goes along with this recipe: http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/re...ipe_id=1634738 If you're too anti-fuss to make the stacks, the recipe would also work as a salad. (The combo of balsamic and goat cheese is to die for!!!)

Those "Stacks" sound terrific!

I grilled a peach this summer and put a little light sour cream on it. Very good!

A grill is a good thing!:). My grill is a Weber Q 200. I just got it and I really like it. It gets good and hot so I get nice grill marks.
