I just went out a little while ago and picked myself up some sourdough crackers and the french onion cheese. Yummy!!!

Default Some other ideas

Whole grain graham crackers spread with reduced fat cream cheese (which is pretty high in protein)

plain ff yogurt w/some Kashi GoLean crunch cereal mixed in

a limited/portion-controlled amount of homemade trail mix (walnuts, dried cranberries, etc.) but take it easy on this because it's very calorically dense.

I've had Wasa crackers too, but actually I like Ak-maks better, they're lighter and I think a bit more flavorful

I tried those Wasa crackers and thought they were horrible. I pitched them out. It was like eating cardboard to me.

I like Stoned wheat thins. The Red Bell pepper variety is quite nice.

I'll have to try the wasa crackers.

*edit* I checked our local super marked and I could find the WASA crackers, but only the rye variety. I've never really liked rye bread. Will have to look at a few other stores and see if they have the sourdough kind
