I love enchiladas! I haven't seen the Zone one though. Amy's makes an enchilada pie too but I haven't had it because it's nearly $5.00 for one and I'm a cheap-o, lol!

I saw something like this at our local market, , but it was more like a lasanga made with corn tortillas, enchilada sauce , and a bean/veggie mixture. I found a recipe that sounds like it, and am going to try it this coming week, it looks real easy. Cheryl
