Im trying my hardest to get back on track. It sure doesnt help that I have 3 birthdays to attend this week. But I really dont know how to eat. I think I have it down because I stay within my calorie range but the foods I eat are just awful. I try reading everyones posts about what they eat to get a general idea but I need something else. I was wondering if theres any kinds of books out there that can help me with this.
