Tuna salad & Chocolate Yogurt
 

Dear Members:

Here are two of my recipe ideas. I like to mix Hershey's chocolate cocoa powder with plain yogurt. You can opt to use Vanilla yogurt. I thought of this when I found out that Chocolate has health benefits. I wanted to find a way to eat Chocolate without the fat and sugar found in chocolate candy.

Here's another one I made up. I wanted to find a way to eat Tuna sandwiches without using mayonnaise or Salad dressing so I got the idea to mix tuna with Hommus. I like Roasted Garlic Hommus the best because it has a strong taste that not everyone will like. Plain Hommus is also good. I found the Hommus in my local HEB store here in Houston, Tx. where I live. I think Hommus is probably healthier than Mayonnaise.
