Default Food and nutrition websites?

Do any of you have a favorite site you visit for up-to-date food and nutrition news? There's one I visit on occasion, but it's not real thorough and is rather boring because they don't update often and it's the same old stuff almost every day.

What are your favorites? I need some new ones!

Have you tried The Daily Plate? It is a food tracking site. I have been very impressed with their database for nutritional information. Best part about it is it is FREE!!! Between 3FC and The Daily Plate, I get so much help!!!!!

good luck to you!!!!!

Haven't tried that one yet, but I'll have a look.

Thanks!

I like nutrition.about.com, which is updated often with a bunch of random interesting stuff. Medlineplus has a nutrition page which is interesting too.

I also like Hungry Girl, but it's not really what I'd call a nutrition site, just fun and has some great food ideas.

Linda - One of my favorites is one I think I got from you World's Healthiest Foods! SO, not new to you, but maybe to someone else!

Yes, I like that one, too. Speaking of, I have to go see what this week's healthiest food is! LOL
