Dunno. You might try any asian grocery markets if they are in your area. Also, they can by bought on line. But shipping is pretty steep, since they packed in water.

I think you will hear mostly positive opinions here, but these did not work out for me. I just couldn't get past that odd smell. Also, they tasted kind of rubbery. But perhaps, that's just my opinion?

Warning....... these buggers are also loaded with fiber

What brand do you have? The shirataki I have only has 2 grams of fiber per serving (4 for the entire package).

I tried Shirataki noodles today, I like them! My dad bought me a couple packages while I was visiting, and I made a cool dish with them tonight!

1 water-sauteed chicken breast
1 package of shirataki noodles
Lots of peas
1/2 cup Patak’s Lemon & Cilantro Tikka Masala sauce

I made the chicken, lightly sauteed the noodles and peas, then added 1/2 cup of the masala sauce and added a little bit of water for longetivity. I would have added more veggies but I was feeling lazy It turned out really well!

Re: Canada. They are available at the low carb grocery: http://www.thelowcarbgrocery.com/. It's located near Yonge & Lawrence which rockingly is pretty close to where I live.

Otherwise, I think you can order off the website.

Aw! It's such a fun store, too. Don't ever go into it with a lot of money.

OMG thank you sooo much! I'm always bummed out when I hear about cool food finds since they are almost always only in USA.
