Awesome Cereal
 

I found this cereal at Stop & Shop called "Nature's Promise Puffed Grain" Cereal. It has 8-9 grams of both protein and fiber per serving, and it's delicious. I love this stuff! Other cereals I've tried with high protein/fiber content, like Total, have been too "earthy" for me, but this one is just right! I highly recommend it if you have a Stop & Shop near you (Nature's Promise is Stop and Shop's organic brand I think).
