You're not the only one! I love wheat chex too, better than any of the other Chex. I especially love the pieces that have the crumbs inside. I used to eat Wheat Chex for breakfast all the time, but now it is a little high in calories for me.

I like Quaker Oatmeal squares...surprised no one mentioned them, are they bad? LOL

I've been eating weight control oatmeal and mix in some kind of nut, right now, walnuts, the texture/flavor combination is nice! I bought some steel cut oats but have yet to make them.

I'll try to find it but I had a great recipe for some kind of "haystacks" you can make with Fiber One cereal.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I got a box of Kashi Go Lean. I think that will be my new cereal for a while. Usually I have 1 or 2 egg beaters with a piece of whole grain toast, or some variation of that, and I love it. But I need something that requires no cooking and is still light with protein. I'll probably try mixing the Kashi with some other things like Special K and All Bran too. Nurse- I also like the weight control oatmeal, yum. I think I'll also have to get the steel cut oats soon. I haven't tried that yet. Sounds good.
