Which Fast Food Place Do You Visit The Most?

Go to
  • BK, Mc Donald’s, Wendy's, Carl's Jr. etc..

mine is Carl's Jr., i love their Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich.

    You guys???
  • wendy's...they have more healthy options
  • That would be Subway, if you're counting that!

Don't do any of the others...
  • Taco Bell. I love their chicken soft tacos and maybe once every couple of months I allow myself to indulge in one of my favorite sinful TB treats - either the Mexican Pizza or the Taco Salad.

However, even those I modify to save as much fat and calories as possible. The Mexican Pizza I always order without beans or cheese (believe it or not they're not too bad minus the cheese) and the Taco Salad I always get without beans, cheese or sour cream. I bring it home and put my own fat-free sour cream on it.

    I also love Subway.
  • My choice is Baja Fresh, thats as usually as fast food as I get. I haven't been there in a couple months though. DH and I were going almost every week, splitting a burrito.
  • I usually get Panda Express. I substitute rice for steamed veggies, and I don't get anything fried or in heavy sauce. I check the calorie count before I get something. And I usually bulk up on water that day too.
  • Interesting question. Same EXACT question as on the Cooking Light board. Are you the same person (Tofu N Sprouts?).

    Answer--Del Taco or Burger King.
  • Here lately its been KFC or Pizza Hut.
  • Used to be Taco Bell - for a burrito supreme minus meat.
But I haven't gone there in about a year! (Since I found out they use MSG in just about everything)
So I haven't been to any fast food places in a year!
  • Spiny - If you want some good burritos (but they are big, I recommend cutting in half), I recommend Baja Fresh. They don't use any MSG. Although if you are in CA, there are so many good burrito places mmmm. I miss california
  • Subway when I am out, Popeyes although I only get the naked strips and Wendy's on the rare occasion I want a hamburger. I try and get a salad instead of the fries.
  • It used to be McDonald's because it's closest to me but I haven't been there in months. Don't miss it much, though. That's not to say if you put a cheeseburger and fries in front of me that I wouldn't eat it or be tempted to, but I'm not dying for it. Once in a while I would really want their pancakes but that, too, hasn't occupied my mind for a while. I like Wendy's, too, but that was always like maybe a once or twice a year thing. I enjoy Subway as well, did have one of their 6" subs a couple of weeks ago.
  • I'm proud to say I don't actually remember the last time I ate fast food. . .

I think it was about 6 months ago, a Tim Horton's sandwich. Can't call it a favourite, it was just there when I needed something quick on a road trip.

I love McDonald's fries, but won't do that to my body.
  • I gave up fast food completely the day I changed my life. I still go to Subway and Chipotle/Qdoba. At Subway, I get a turkey wrap with spinach and tons of vegetables and spicy mustard. At Chipotle and Qdoba, I get a burrito in a bowl (no tortilla), rice, chicken, 2 scoops pico, tons of lettuce and a side order of guacamole (I only eat half the guacamole). I would do something like Panda Express (go for steamed vegetables, or a tofu dish over rice) but there aren't many around here. There are also some "fast food" sushi and teriyaki places around where it's easy to make good choices.
  • Panera because there is one close by and the sandwiches are more interesting than Subway. I only eat half a sandwich (I actually have them wrap the two halves separately), so it fits pretty easily into my calorie plan. The sandwiches are plenty big enough that just half is filling. Sometimes I do the half sandwich with a cup of fat-free chicken soup combo. We take the sandwiches with us to baseball games so that we don't have to eat ballpark food and also take them with us for a picnic lunch when hiking.
