We decided we wanted a dish I've made in the past. We love it. However, since I'm cutting back on many of the things I used to eat, I had to make it over. I've given up eating anything on 4 legs for Lent, so I had to make substitutions. I love the difference in the numbers! It tasted pretty good, too!
Can't Believe It Quiche from Cheese Cookery - Serves 6 I'm giving the numbers for the entire quiche. Then you will see it divided by 6 for the final numbers.

You will notice that the fiber and protein are higher in my make over. I have to attribute that to the Atkins mix.
Boy! I hope these columns line up. It took forever to make them so on this.
