Try mixing it all up along with yogurt, I love yogurt, CC and fruit, but I make my own with the 3 ingredients, I don't buy those cups, I find the fruit isn't good at all, that may be the problem too...

Default Ditch the processed stuff

You'd probably be better off if you used real fruit and plain cottage cheese. I bet the packaged cottage cheese with fruit on the bottom is loaded with sugar. I had the same problem when I purchased yogurt with fruit on the bottom. The carb and sugar grams were outrageous.

You could try cottage cheese with real blue berries and add some fat free yogurt or 1% milk to make a great smoothie.

Good luck.

I like plain cottage cheese with pineapple. I really dislike the kind that comes with the fruit (on the bottom or on the side) because it makes me think of jam rather than fruit and who wants to put jam on their cottage cheese? I usually buy 4 of the small, 1 cup sized cottage cheeses and 4 of the small containers of pineapple so it's easy to grab one of each to take to work.
