If you go to the Applebees website and click on "Weight Watchers", a window will launch that has their WW menu choices on it, and it lists points as well as calories on it.
I ate at Applebees and I had the Italian Chicken and Portobello Sandwich, and it was VERY good. It comes with a marinara sauce for dipping your sandwich, and some fruit. My fruit was strawberries, pineapple, and some banana.
I believe it had 350 calories or so and over 10 grams of fiber. It kept me full for a long time!
They also have a shrimp kabob type salad that my mom had. It's only 200 calories or so, but it came with sugar snap peas, and I dislike them severely.
