I am attempting to sugar free my house so have been playing with sugar free deserts. Here is our favorite so far:
1 box sugar free vanilla pudding
2 cups cottage cheese
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can of pineapple
2 cups of sugar free cool whip
Mix the dry pudding mix with the fruit, add the cottage cheese, then the cool whip. It tastes a little like dreamcicles.
