Zoopa Doopa Substitute

Hey y'all,

I know grapes are hi-GI but a couple of frozen green seedless grapes make a great substitute for popsicles and zoopa doopas. Also, I hear if you puree banana and freeze it comes out like ice cream!! Has anyone ever tried this? :D

Thanks... I used to live in Toronto and I'm sure missing the cold weather right now... :)

Another one to keep on the books is home frozen yoghurt- get a six pack of fat free, poke a spoon or popcicle stick through the lid and freeze. Makes an awesome creamy popsicle!!

Have you tried it? I have a couple of frozen bananas in the freezer, I'm going to try to blend them from frozen then re-freeze- see what happens!!
