My WW leader gave us this recipe and it is wonderful! If you follow WW it is 2 points per serving. Serves 8. And these are large servings!
2 boxes sugar free vanilla pudding
4 cups skim (I used 1%) milk
1 can (29oz) of canned pumpkin... not the pie filling
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 cup ultra low fat (or fat free) cool whip
Mix pudding with milk with a mixer until it starts to thicken. Fold in pumpkin and spices. Fold in cool whip. Serve into individual containers and chill.
