Calories in Cafe Rio, Bajio, or Costa Vita
 

I'm wondering if anyone has an approx. calorie count for the chicken salad at any of these places? I always get my salad without dressing, or cheese, or guac.
Basically its lemon chicken, black beans, a white tortialla, lettuce, onions, and some pico. I opt out of the rice and cheese. I'm thinking my version would have around 800 calories? Any feed back would be much appreciated!
