Substitutions
Im new here, and Ive finally decided to lose weight. My docotor actually gave me a number to a nutrionist who gave me a personalized meal plan, and there are acouple of items I'm not to fond of.
Cottage Cheese. Beets. Grapefruit. Canteloupe. (Im allergic to canteloupe, anyway.) I didn't even think to look for those anyway, I was more excitied I got a new meal plan. haha. :D Thanks!! <33 |

If your issue with cottage cheese is a texture issue, you can whip the lumps out with a food processor. It makes a good base for dips, I make a yummy spinach dip with some red onions, sun dried tomatoes, package of thawed, drained spinach and have a pack of Lipton Onion Soup Mix.
