Default Arrrrghhh!!! (question about almonds)

Is there a site that gives nutritional information on almonds PER NUT?

Calorie King and Fitday have it listed by cup or "one serving" (which is 22 kernels). I ate 5 almonds. All I want to know is how many calories ONE ALMOND has so I can put that into fitday and just count my calories by how many single pieces I've eaten, not by one serving.

Thanks!

Fitday won't let me enter that information. Saying it doesn't match.

The jerks.

Why don't you put in in ".05" for serving size? That would round a serving to 20 almonds and be darned close. The actual percentage is the repeating decimal .045454545454.....

Oh ok, I see it now. I was looking under roasted and salted, not raw and unblanched.

I got it in Fitday web site, too. After adding almond as a food, I clicked the arrow-down button on the serving size and it was in there, just above 'quantity not specified'. It's like 7 calories.

I always type in 5/22 or 1/22 in fitday. It can do simple fractions. You dont have to do the math yourself
