Default Snack Question

Okay I have a question about snacking.
Say you have a bag of say nuts or granola. Would it be better to eat the whole thing as a snack, or streched it out by just popping in a bite every now and again?
What would make you feel better? Would eating it all at once make you feel full? Or would spreading the snack out keep you from feeling hungry in the first place?

A serving of nuts/granola is so small (1/4 cup for nuts, 1/2 cup for granola) that it would be difficult for me to stretch it out for any considerable length of time. I would probably just eat it.

I wouldn't buy either because, as Glory said, the serving size is so small, I'd just eat the whole thing. I try to eat much bulkier, less calorie dense foods.

I spread out my intake of nuts throughout the day by eating them with my carbs. For instance, I will have an orange and 6 almonds for one meal. Some baby carrots and 6 almonds for another meal.

It's important to always eat some protein with your carbs.
