Default Peanut Butter "Crackers"

I love peanut butter on crackers. And I hate celery, so that isn't much of a tempting alternative for me.

I can deal with the fat of the PB once in awhile, but added to the calories of the crackers and that becomes a high end snack.

I thought I would try PB on cucumber slices, it takes a bit of work for it not to fall off, but it is GOOD.

I buy reduced fat wheat crackers and spread a thin amount of PB on them. The calories are not that bad, plus it really fills me up.

Have you tried a sliced crispy apple with a tablespoon of PB?

Another yummy treat is a 50-calorie La Tortilla Factory ww tortilla with a TB of PB, warmed just a little.

I have my PB with a 17-calorie skinny multi-grain rice cake. I believe the brand is susie cakes.

I add 1TB PB to a whole wheat pita (70 cal) and sometimes add some banana (about 1/2 small banana) and cinnamon! Even without the banana, I recommend the cinnamon.

Oooh... apple and PB with a sprinkling of cinnamon sounds decadent!
