75-cal snack recipe
Just thought I'd share this in case anyone is interested. I'm all about the "free" veggies but plain celery is phenomenally boring, so this is what I usually do for a quick snack (travels pretty well, too):
2 celery stalks, cut in half
1 tblsp. fat-free cream cheese
1 tblsp. lite pimento cheese spread
Tobasco sauce to taste
Just layer the other ingredients inside the celery stalks. The fat-free cream cheese adds a creamier texture to the lite pimento spread, and the Tobasco adds enough flavor that you feel satisfied. I'm the kind of person that wants to snack CONSTANTLY, so I had to come up with super-low-cal snacks like this.
